CAFM Technician

Position Title: Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Technician

Description: This individual will be responsible for performing facility surveys of existing security equipment using BOMA standards to develop intelligent data driven drawings. Individual will be responsible for partially using Autodesk (BIM) software products, but primarily will perform duties using Aperture software products. All documentation shall be developed using BIM capable Autodesk software. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the establishment of space regions, symbol classifications and data tagging objects in a client environment. Technician may perform daily performance checks and content updates as required.

Qualifications:

- Degree, Certificate in Architecture, Engineering or 3 years experience in related field of work.

- Experience using a relational database to run queries and do reports

- Experience with any CAFM software a plus.

- Experience with AutoCAD, BIM capable software

- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Access would be a plus)

- Great communications skills

- Software troubleshooting experience a plus

- Must be a U. S. Citizen

Database Systems Administrator

Position Title: Database Systems Administrator

Description: This individual’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, database administration, website administration/development, as well as backup and recovery operations. This position requires a versatile, experienced administrator with a wide knowledge base and the ability to operate and adapt in high security environments.

Qualifications:

- Degree, Certificate in Computer Science or 2 years experience in related field of work.

- Experience using a relational database to run queries and do reports.

- Must have at least three years of web site development experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstrate the ability to deliver quality products under strict deadlines.

- NIST Compliance experience a plus

- Must be a U.S. Citizen
